Store Manager

Role Overview:
The Store Manager is responsible for leading overall store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing team performance. The role requires strong leadership, multitasking ability, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations and maintain service quality
  • Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve targets
  • Monitor inventory, stock availability, and coordinate replenishment
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain store ambience, cleanliness, and readiness
  • Prepare daily/weekly operational and sales reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail/QSR/hospitality preferred (freshers with strong leadership qualities may also apply)
  • Strong communication and people-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management

Compensation Details (for Store Manager – Kolkata):
