Role Overview:
The Store Manager is responsible for leading overall store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing team performance. The role requires strong leadership, multitasking ability, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and maintain service quality
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve targets
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and coordinate replenishment
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain store ambience, cleanliness, and readiness
- Prepare daily/weekly operational and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in retail/QSR/hospitality preferred (freshers with strong leadership qualities may also apply)
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
