Role Overview:
The Collection Telecalling Officer is responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, explaining repayment options, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle objections professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and follow-ups
- Provide clear information on outstanding dues and settlement plans
- Update call records, follow-up notes, and payment details accurately
- Handle customer objections politely and professionally
- Work with daily/weekly targets while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain compliance, confidentiality, and company policies
- Coordinate with internal teams as needed
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Undergraduates and Graduates eligible
- Language requirement: English, Bengali, and Hindi
- Ability to handle customer objections and work under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge with minimum typing speed
Salary Structure (For Fresher Candidates):
- CTC: ₹11,500/- per month
- Deductions: ₹1,500/- (Including PF, ESIC, TDS)
- NTH (Take Home): ₹10,000/- per month
For experienced candidates (with collection background):
- Salary based on last drawn CTC
Working Details:
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Shift: General shift – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
