Customer Care Associate (CCA)

Age Requirement: 18–36 years (male candidates preferred)
Qualification: Minimum 10th standard
Payroll Type: Third-party payroll

Role Overview:

The Customer Care Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting sales operations. The role involves interacting with customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service and build positive customer relationships
  • Handle customer grievances and resolve complaints professionally
  • Manage stock replenishment and maintain proper inventory levels
  • Ensure floor display and store presentation meet company standards
  • Actively contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales targets

Salary & Benefits (Chennai, Bangalore, Rest of Tamil Nadu):

Option 1 – With Company Accommodation:

  • Shared accommodation provided for migrant candidates
  • In-hand Salary (NTH): ₹12,000 per month
  • Incentives based on performance

Option 2 – Without Company Accommodation:

  • In-hand Salary (NTH): ₹14,000 per month

Timing:

  • 10:00 AM / 10:30 AM to 09:00 PM / 09:30 PM

Breaks Included:

  • Morning tea: 15 minutes
  • Lunch: 45 minutes
  • Evening tea: 15 minutes
  • Evening tiffin: 30 minutes
