Role Overview:
The Customer Care Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting sales operations. The role involves interacting with customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service and build positive customer relationships
- Handle customer grievances and resolve complaints professionally
- Manage stock replenishment and maintain proper inventory levels
- Ensure floor display and store presentation meet company standards
- Actively contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales targets

Option 1 – With Company Accommodation:
