Role Overview:

The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for customer acquisition, lead generation, and loan product promotion within the assigned area. The role involves field visits, customer interactions, and meeting sales targets while ensuring excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for loan products
• Conduct regular field visits to meet potential clients
• Explain various loan products, features, and benefits
• Assist customers in completing documentation and application processes
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets in the assigned territory
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
• Resolve customer queries and provide necessary support

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates preferred
• Minimum educational qualification: Class XII pass-out
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License
• Willingness to work in a field-sales role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under targets and manage pressure in a competitive environment
