Job Description:
- Conduct area surveys for business development
- Acquire new customers and generate leads
- Perform physical verification of the customer and the household
- Handle loan disbursement and documentation
- Manage repayment collection and overdue follow-up
- Maintain accurate MIS data entry
- Assist the Branch Head in daily branch administration and banking tasks
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with local authorities (Municipality, Gram Panchayat, and other local influencers)
