Role Overview:

The role involves field operations, customer interaction, documentation handling, and ensuring smooth loan/product processes. Candidates will assist in customer acquisition, disbursement, collection, and maintaining accurate records while building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer acquisition and onboarding
• Loan/product disbursement activities
• Field collection and follow-up
• Maintain strong customer relations and resolve queries
• Manage customer data, update records, and ensure accuracy
• Handle documentation, filing, and verification tasks
• Perform cash management activities as required
• Support field activities across assigned locations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass
• Age: 18 to below 28 years
• Language Requirement: Proficiency in the state/local language
• Mandatory Documents (at the time of joining):
  • Driving License / Learner’s License (Two-wheeler)
  • PAN
  • Aadhaar
