Role Overview:
Frontline Executives interact directly with customers, handle billing, manage transactions, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with service requirements
- Handle billing, POS entries, cash/UPI transactions
- Manage customer queries professionally
- Maintain counter hygiene and store presentation
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for order flow
- Promote offers and assist customers in product selection
- Ensure high customer satisfaction at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer or billing system knowledge (training provided)
- Ability to stay calm during peak hours
- Freshers can apply; prior experience in retail/QSR/hospitality preferred
Compensation Details (for Frontline Executive – Kolkata):
- CTC: ₹13,000/- (inclusive of EPFO and ESIC)
