Frontline Executive

Role Overview:
Frontline Executives interact directly with customers, handle billing, manage transactions, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with service requirements
  • Handle billing, POS entries, cash/UPI transactions
  • Manage customer queries professionally
  • Maintain counter hygiene and store presentation
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for order flow
  • Promote offers and assist customers in product selection
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer or billing system knowledge (training provided)
  • Ability to stay calm during peak hours
  • Freshers can apply; prior experience in retail/QSR/hospitality preferred

Compensation Details (for Frontline Executive – Kolkata):

  • CTC: ₹13,000/- (inclusive of EPFO and ESIC)
  • Additional Benefits: Attractive incentives based on performance
