Kitchen Staff

Role Overview:
Kitchen Staff are responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring timely service delivery. This position is suitable for individuals who can work systematically and maintain cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing food items as per standard recipes
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines
  • Assist in chopping, cooking, packing, and plating tasks
  • Ensure timely preparation of orders
  • Manage basic stock of raw materials and assist in storage activities
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience in QSR/hospitality is an advantage
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline
  • Basic understanding of food safety practices
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle kitchen pressure

Compensation Details (for Kitchen Staff – Kolkata):

  • CTC: ₹13,000/- (inclusive of EPFO and ESIC)
