🎯 Role Overview

The Mobilization Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, communities, and partner organizations to promote various government and private training programs. The role focuses on generating walk-ins, counseling candidates, and ensuring maximum enrolment in available courses.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits, community meetings, and door-to-door campaigns to mobilize candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, NGOs, schools, and community leaders.
• Counsel students and parents regarding available training programs and employment opportunities.
• Plan and execute local-level events, awareness drives, and mobilization campaigns.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets set by the management.
• Collect and maintain accurate student data and feedback in Excel or CRM.
• Coordinate with the counseling and placement team for smooth student onboarding.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on mobilization activities.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Arts / Commerce / Social Work / Marketing).
• 0–3 years of experience in mobilization, sales, field marketing, or education counseling.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in local language & Hindi/English).
• Strong convincing and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for field mobilization.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets).
